I only made one purchase for myself, but it was one of the better decisions I’ve ever made. The best mini blue velvet cupcake I have ever had. Perfectly moist and flavorful with a hint of blueberry. I dream about that little guy sometimes.

I would never think to normally come here as I love all things Gluten and Animal based, but a friend with a Gluten allergy was coming for dinner so I figured I would get a few desserts.

I brought a few of my friends here once and most of them complained about the cupcakes being stale, which truthfully they were. I go here a lot with my boyfriend though anyway because they have fun flavors and it’s a good spot to go if you’re craving a lil’ snack.

Do you need a caterer? Do not hesitate to hire The Spot! They are seriously top notch. And we got them on super short notice, like a week. I assisted in a charity event, a wine tasting benefiting the Ronald McDonald House. The chairs lost their caterer last minute and someone recommended The Spot.

Was so excited to try these when I saw all of the pictures, then I went and felt super sad at the amount of icing that was put on my two cupcakes!

I’m sad that I can only give them 3 stars, but the one cupcake I had was just sickeningly sweet! One bite and I could feel my waistline expanding. And I’m pretty sure my blood glucose level reached an all time high. Sometimes more is not better. Just ‘cause you pile on the frosting doesn’t mean it makes the cupcake taste better. There has to be a balance.

I had been hearing about Buttercups for quite a while now and was in Shreveport for the Highland Mardi Gras parade and decided to pop in afterwards with my family to finally get a taste of some awesome cupcakes and was definitely not disappointed.

As a lover of everything chocolately and sweet, this place definitely hits the spot. I bought the Red Velvet and the Strawberry cupcakes. First of all, the Red Velvet wasn’t red (WTC)? and the Strawberry was completely artificial!! I would’ve done better with a Betty Crocker box. Plus, I was expecting some fancy design with the icing…the reality was the icing was dry and hard.

Came here today for my birthday. I got the Cinnamon Roll and it was sooo good! My mother got a Lemon Tart and loved it. My sister got the B&W Cupcake and thought it was the best cupcake she has ever had. It was light and fluffy and tasty.

Cupcakes - are fantastic. Visited here after seeing the owner on ‘Cupcake Wars’ - I was new to the City then & didn’t know my way around for baked goodies & this place did not disappoint! Tasty, fresh & lots of yummy flavors! I really like that they switch it up also; it’s not the same Cupcake Flavors day to day to day!

My friend got me cupcakes from here and I tried a bit of it. They are huge cupcakes. I couldn’t even eat one whole one. I only took bites of some and was full. I guess this would be good for sharing with other people.

Daddy Cakes® makes some great baking mixes that, for the most part, are “Just Add Water” and you can make delicious gourmet pancakes, breads, cakes, cupcakes, or waffles.

The cupcakes here are awesome! They are moist, rich, creamy, and delicious.
They have a nice variety of cupcakes to choose from, although they don’t have every cupcake every day. It’s good to call ahead or to check the website if you’re looking for a specific cupcake to ensure that they’ll it that day.
