Diners Drive-Ins and Dives
Best grits in town, Love the lemon ice box cake (save room) Also, the brunch is
always something special. The service is great! Meatlfoaf, firied chicken, mac
and cheese, turkey and dressing, fried okra all 10 stars.
Marie’s Italian Specialties is your one stop shop for authentic Italian food.
Best breakfast EVER! The french toast was the best I have ever had and the
avocado and bacon eggs benedict was mouth watering! There was a couple things
about the order that were particular to me and the way I wanted the food, and
they made it perfect! Thanks guys!!!
Amazing. That is all you need to know. Make sure you try the sopa de chile
marron’. Phenomenal. Great service here, the bonus.
I have been to this restaurant numerous times and have always been fully
satisfied from every aspect, taste, quantity, service and money. It is truly
the biggest bang for the buck. The grilled menu, like the malai chicken, mixed
grill, chicken tikka and chick boti are the best. In addition, their chicken
biryani delivers a great taste to their rice menu.
I took an Arizona native here because he had never heard of it before (gasp!)
even thought I believe it has several locations over Tempe-Scottsdale area. The
guy at the counter suggested I try any of the hot sandwiches as they, in his
opinion, have more flavor than the cold ones.
Great, great local business. I eat here at least twice per month for breakfast.
Went today for lunch for the first time. Arrived at noon. Placed was packed,
which I was happy to see. I assume most people were still diving into
breakfast/brunch fare.
There is nothing I don’t like about St. Francis. It makes me feel good all over
and is one of the only restaurants I’d actually refer to as sexy. A chic and
cozy interior, fantastic music rotation and lovely beverage choices all of
which provide for a dark and steamy evening out whether it’s with the girls or
on a date.
Toronto has a lot of good restaurants, but I’ve always felt it lacking in
places that I feel compelled to recommend to someone visiting from out of town.
To put it another way, on my top 10 best restaurant meals ever, Toronto doesn’t
make an appearance for more than 2.
If you like shuffleboard, boxing, cornholing, ping pong, parallel bars,
shopping for antiques, Hamm’s beer, Shlitz, Old Style and Thrifty ice cream,
(whew) this is your place.
The Lakeview, to me, is like the Grand Central station of diners, bustling,
spacious, tiled with dark wood paneling. I feel alive when I’m there.
Chicken and waffles are out of this world. They also make a special maple syrup
type sauce for the waffles that’s bombdiggity! The portions are a good size so
you’re definitely getting some bang for your buck. I would advise against the
Thai wings and the burgers are okay but not the best, but that’s just me. I’ve
yet to try their BBQ stuff or the ribs that they’re known for but I just can’t
pass up the chicken and waffles every time I go! LOL
Looking for a good place to eat while in Kemah and saw a review for T-Bone’s.
Also saw the clip from them being featured on Triple D and I thought why not?
Upon entering, this place is Texas decor at its finest.
I hope wholeheartedly that no police are reading this review. To this effect, I
admit that on the day that I graced the presence of Taco Taco Cafe, I was one
of those douchebags who swerved in and out of traffic, on and off the service
roads, to make it to Taco Taco Cafe on time. Let me break this down.
First of all, get the flight of beers. 10 unique and flavorful beers and great
staff. My favorite was the Pumpkin seasonal beer (I was there in October), but
im sure you’ll find your own favorite. That’s half the fun.
If I lived in Tampa, I’d weigh 400 pounds, all because of this bus o’ tacos. 24
hours. A stoner’s paradise.
This was my first restaurant during my first time visit to Miami on the first
day of my trip :) Saw the review on Yelp and decided to come here. I liked the
food so much that I went here again on the last day of my Miami visit.
I really liked this place! The service was very friendly. I came here with a
few friends for lunch and had the cabbage rolls and the beef stroganoff which
were very delicious. It was a little bit pricey but the quality and taste of
the food was worth it! I would come back here again.
Get the Aji de Gallina, the lomo saltado, the tamales and if you’re lucky,
they’ll have some freshly baked alfajores (cookies.)
Holy cheeseballs, did we love the TM. Just a little neighborhood kinda place,
but those are usually the best in our experience. Completely casual, good
music overhead, cool bartenders. We had the duck confit club, duck fat fries
and a couple of long islands.
