Some local Vegas friends of mine brought me out here when I was in town for a business trip. The waffle fries nachos were easily the highlight of the night, not to lessen the amazing burger that I ordered - just the way I like it! - off their detailed menu. We just couldn’t get enough of those waffle fries…

Can I give it 6 stars? Is that possible? I love Farmstead (as it is now called). I admit to following Chef Jennings on Instagram and Twitter. I love the photos of the food and of the shenanigans.

5 Stars. Officially “Woohoo! As good as it gets!” on the Yelp scale. This restaurant deserves better. Let me tell you a short story of what we had for dinner recently.

I was fortunate enough to attend Rock Wall Winery’s recent Food and Wine Pairing Featuring le truc. le truc is their new partner in crime now offering up fancy burgers and fries during regular winery hours. If the flavor of their veggie burger is any indication of what the rest of their menu aspires to be, this will be a match made in heaven.

I’ve been here for multiple dinners and brunches and this place continues to deliver the goods. Most recently I went for brunch and Liberty did not disappoint again!

I arrived at Beaver’s with two friends on Sunday about a week ago for dinner. We wanted to sit on the patio, but had to go inside first to speak with the server, who then took us out to the patio and said we’d be helped soon.
