The Pit

First things first, I don’t consider myself a BBQ aficionado. I hail from a place where we have a whole lotta good weather, but a whole lotta bad BBQ (American BBQ at least). There are a few good places, but nothing that holds a candle to the ribs I had at The Pit.. These ribs here are like a southern mother, firm ,but tender.
