Top 5 breakfasts I’ve had in my life. The wait can be long, so plan to come early. I got a recommendation to try the blueberry pancakes with a side of the sugar cured bacon. It was very sweet, but man. That was a great breakfast to say the least. They use real blueberries to top off the already perfectly griddled pancakes. The sugar cured bacon was hands down the best bacon I’ve ever had. The outside is crispy and sweet, and it almost tastes like there’s a very tiny invisible layer of bacon flavored candy on the outside layer. And the salty taste of the delicious bacon itself offsets it perfectly.
