Guittard Chocolate Company

For supermarket chocolate, Guittard’s the best to bake with period. I discovered it years ago at a wedding w/ a chocolate fountain. They have it at Safeway and sometimes it’s buy one, get one free, but the regular price is comparable to the inferior brands like Nestle, Hershey’s, Ghirardelli anyway. My fave is the milk chocolate cuz I’m gluttonous but their others are good as well.
