Four & Twenty Blackbirds

The pie: Salted Caramel Apple Pie. Perfectly balanced with the buttery crust, which wasn’t stiff at all and was KIND of caramel-y… but really just delicious apples (which tasted CRISP! After being soaked in caramel and juice! Yay!)
