Lotus of Siam

This is a great place. The menu is huge so we asked the waiter (so helpful!) to recommend some of the restaurant’s specialties. What we were served was an array of food that you don’t see at most Thai restaurants in the US. Where’s the Pad Thai? Where’s the chicken satay?
