Tasting menu (Omakase) though quite a hefty penny is one of the best ways to go here. There was 7 courses total including a dessert and I loved 6 out the 7 which included the tuna tartar, yellowtail sashimi, oyster with foi gras and uni (OMG DELICOUS), the 5 piece tuna plate, wagyu beef/lobster and the mango/passion fruit sorbet with dried yogurt… literally every dish was delicious and i wish I had more servings of each.
