COLORADO FONDUE COMPANY

This is a family-owned restaurant – the only one of its kind – and definitely worth checking out. What I love is a place with fondue that offers lighter options, too. So there’s the traditional fondue – cheese, etc. And the hot rock, where you can “grille” your meats on a hot rock for a low fat, tasty option. They also offer vegetables and a truly incredibly cheesy, nutty salad that you will end up craving.
