Salumi

Salumi is a great experience. I have always been confused by their hours, and this adds to the surprise of the place. It’s been great to see their meats around town in pizzas, at DeLaurenti, etc. Good salumi gets around. They used to have a single pig’s foot just hanging out on the shelf in the walk-in cooler. For luck? More likely for somebody’s chewy porcine snack!
