THE GREENMARKET

A little out of the way, unless you tend to get out at the Bowling Green subway stop, take the Staten Island Ferry or live in the area, this Farmer’s Market is small but has many of the same vendors you would find at larger Farmer’s Markets throughout the city. Less crowded and with a solid selection of produce, baked goods, and other goodies, this market never fails to satisfy my need for local product.
