Proof on Main

A friend of mine wanted to check this out for lunch instead of eating the conference food. So, we trecked several blocks and found the restaurant to be a bit “Artsy”? Not complaining though.
The service was absolutely wonderful. The host and waiter were very nice. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad (w/o anchovies). It was delicious! The salad wasn’t drowning in dressing. You’ll also be asked if you’d like some bread–delish. Oh, and my friend had Pumpkin Soup. This was wonderful as well.

If you make your way to the bathroom, look to your right passed the museum and where there are a set of elevators. Look at the wall. There are letters dropping down and you can virtually “catch” them and make words. It sounds a bit strange, but it’s a fun little game and brings out the kid in you.

I would definitely go there again.
