Umeke’s
Umeke’s was on the top of my list when we were planning our trip to the big island, and let me tell you, they do not disappoint! They staff was so friendly and actually let me sample every kind of poke before I settled on my favorites and these were nice sized samples too! They were patient and very helpful.
The first visit I ended up getting the poke bowl with the hottie and the avocado poke and bought a pound of poke to take home, Brandon got the cooked Ono bowl which was also very very good. I loved that the pieces of poke here were cut bigger, they were just the right size for a bite and the poke bowl will leave you very full!
The lemonade is also killer! We got the lilikoi lemonade and it tasted amazing! The mason jars are a nice touch and there was plenty of lemonade for us to share.
We ended up going back a second time on our last day before we got on our flight home and it was definitely a great last taste of the Big Island.
Hit up Umeke’s you will not be disappointed!
