Guerrilla Street Food (Food Truck, C Twitter 4 Loc)

I had the flying pig, which just by namesake is phenomenal. The dish braised pork, some fried garlic, with a “one hour” egg (similar to a poached egg but not as runny), and covered in sirachha over rice. Just delicious. Soft pork mixed with the yolk of the egg melts in your mouth with some hearty rice, couldn’t be better.
