providing authentic southern Mexico cuisine and chef’s original chef creations

We had the Truffle Oil pizza, and it’s just as good as the first time with lots
of cheesy goodness topped by a still generous dousing of good quality truffle
oil, having lots of that distinctive flavor.

The Cheese Board Pizza began with a fun idea on a shift: we started making
pizzas for ourselves by cutting off hunks of extra sourdough baguette dough,
grabbing favorite cheeses from the counter and throwing on vegetables from the
market next door.
Jim Lahey opened the doors to Co., his first pizza restaurant, in 2009.

We at Pizzaiolo believe that the simple act of feeding people is at the core of

We’re the home of the famous Green Chili Cheeseburger. We’re even on the New
Mexico Green Chile Cheeseburger Map! The Bobcat Bite Restaurant has been part
of Santa Fe History since 1953.
Bode’s started as Grants Mercantile in 1890 as a general store, post office,
stage coach stop and jail.
Crusty, gnarled patties of beef are covered with chopped hot green chilies and
the chilies are in turn topped with a slice of cheese that melts into them and
the crevices of the hamburger.
Funky little drop-in bakery for your sweet tooth and light brunch needs. The
easy bake ovens are a cool conversation piece and made me think that the owner
has a passion for baking that went back to childhood. Everything I’ve tried has
been spot on and the malt cupcake was especially memorable. I highly recommend.
Eddie is a culinary school graduate and a long-time Chicago line cook. After
working in Barcelona, Bologna, and way too many fine-dining kitchens, he
decided to try and create a situation where he could carve out a living and
still make it home by 6:00 so he could eat dinner with his family every night.

When you call yourself the king of fritas, you’d better be bringing a pretty
damn good frita to the table. This place has a very nice one and at reasonable
prices. I am pretty sure this place is a local chain (not sure how many of
them there are).
