Holy mother of GOD this place is hilarious. We came here after our Community
Manager Week and wanted to unwind and boy was this the perfect place to do so.
With so many CM’s from all over the world I loved seeing their faces walk into
this establishment, and here’s why…
I love, love, love this restaurant! When the apocalypse begins, my army of
raiding savages will take over Casa Bonita for our base of operations. This
restaurant is amazing. It’s like if Disneyland and a Spaghetti Western had sex
with a Mexican restaurant. This place rules, it is real and it is awesome. It
is an experience to behold! The food is terrible, but who cares?! The
experience and atmosphere alone make a trip here worth while. It’s a bit on the
pricey side and the food is…
Chi’Lantro BBQ is a Korean BBQ + Mexican Fusion Taco Truck extravaganza serving
in Austin, and Houston Texas. The Original Kimchi Fries.
Is it pricey? Sure. Is it one of the best hot dogs I’ve ever had? No
question.
Since 1940, El Indio has been dedicated to delivering the finest Mexican food
in the world.
I want to start out by saying that the pizza was great and it was my least
favorite thing that we ordered. I’m preggers and had recently devoured the
Bisteca Insalata along with a Pepperoni Pizza with my husband. A few weeks ago
he was feeling under the weather so I ordered him the Spinach and Kidney Bean
Soup and got myself the Due Fratelli Salad. Wow! Really.
For years, masses of people have been flocking to the corner of 53rd street &
6th avenue to satisfy their hunger with simply the best meal in the City. Some
people call it the ‘Platter’ while others know it as ‘Chicken & Rice’, the
‘Chicken Guy’ or the ‘Gyro Spot.’ Part of the secret to this delicious meal is
in the white sauce. Nobody knows what it is, but everybody knows to ask for
lots of it!
YUCAS IS SO GOOD. I have only been once, and it was a few months ago, but a
day doesn’t go by where I don’t consider driving up to get a burrito (I am just
cheap and lazy or else I probably would).
I decided to try this place after finding it on Google maps because it is that
close to where I live. I drive by this place every day on my way to work and
took me 6 months of living here to realize it even existed! I have been missing
out.
We enjoyed our lunch and friendliness of the staff and plan on returning next
week to try different items on their menu.
So overall I gave them 4 stars, but beware - service is painfully slow. I’ve
been at least a dozen times and its been that way every.single.time I’ve gone -
be it a busy weekend, slow weekday, inside, outside, at the bar, at a table,
etc etc etc. Just make sure you’re not in a rush and be prepared to do a lot of
sitting around waiting.
One of my favorite Tex-Mex places to eat. If you go after 3 you really only
get two options but you really only need one. The Family style dinner is
awesome. It consists of Cheese/jalapeño Nachos, Cheese Enchiladas, Tacos,
Beans, Rice and Guacamole. The other option is Fajitas. Service is good and
despite the recent price increase the food is still priced good.
Living in south west Orlando area we have eaten in most places within 25 miles
of our house. We have only found 1 restaurant which had food that was on par
with Soup 2 Nuts, with a cost of a lot more then any menu item at S2N.
A must visit place when I am in Santa Fe. This was a local secret but now is a
major tourist spot after a couple of TV exposes. Still a great place, but not
is even more crowded.
This is such a cute place, too, with crayon drawings covering the walls. I
don’t think I’ve ever had much of a wait for a table, maybe one time. I’m
pretty sure I’ve also had a milkshake here before and loved that too but I do
not remember the flavor. If I lived nearby I would go here a lot.
My wife is originally from East Texas, so she knows biscuits and gravy. We both
finished every bite on our plates and left uncomfortably full. The vibe and the
attitude alone go a long way. She had the Straight Up Bitch (Biscuits and
Gravy) and I had the Smokin’ Hot Bitch (Biscuits and Gravy topped with cheddar,
jalapeños, and a Louisiana Hot Link). I still have to pinch myself to make sure
it was real.
Li’l Woody’s is an independent Burger Joint located in Seattle, WA that is here
to serve the greater good for all god’s children. We serve Painted Hills ground
beef that we hand form our way- the right way- we have 6 signature burgers,
some normal ones or you can even make your own. We also have a Buttermilk Fried
Chicken Burger, Veggie Burger Woody Style, Hand Cut Washington Potato Fries,
Woody Made Onion Rings and Molly Moons Handmade Ice Cream Malts and Shakes.
Cream cheese, Sriracha sauce, grilled onions, and jalepenos on a hot dog sounds
gross, but it’s pretty damn delicious when you’re smashed. In my
non-inebrieted state, I’d say it probably has something to do with taste,
texture, and temperature contrast.
I went here for lunch when they were on 2nd and Pike and I felt a little bit
bad for the other food trucks since pretty much the entire population of food
truck customers were in line for Off the Rez and no one else.
You’d think these guys never saw a newspaper before. There’s more newspaper
clippings on the walls than walls themselves. But, who cares, really. It was a
dining experience that’ll go down in the record books…if there even is a
record book to begin with.
