So based off of the show’s advice, I ordered some seafood chowder to start out
with, and let me just say that it really does taste award winning. One of if
not the best chowders I’ve ever had, hands down! It came with a corn muffin,
and wow what a muffin.
My family has been coming to this restaurant for years. My grandparents swore
it was the best pizza under the sun, and for the longest time- it was. Things
however have changed at the Italian eatery as it’s definitely starting to lose
it’s charm.
Me and a few friends were heading down to OKC for a friends birthday. We left
Kansas Saturday morning and while on the road I suggested to the guys that we
look for a place to eat, preferably a “hole-in-the-wall” type joint.
Despite the painting of the black lady on the outside of the shop and the soul
food menu the place is owned by a young white guy named Jeremiah Clancy. You
wouldn’t know that tasting the food though. They’ve got some delicious fried
chicken. The batter has more seasoning than you’d normally see in fried chicken
and is extra crispy without being oily at all. A chicken meal comes with 2
pieces (I got a breast and wing)
I found this place on my TV food maps app. This place was on Diners, Drive-ins,
and Dives and I totally understand why! LOVED IT!!
Saw this on Guy Fieri’s Triple D so had to stop in–It would definitely qualify
as a “dive” so if you don’t mind a dark eatery with a bar atmosphere, this is
your place! I ordered the Reuben Sandwich with a side of chili cheese fries.
I ordered the flat top brisket with grilled onions and my gf had a cheeseburger
with bacon. Her burger looked awesome and the bacon was legit. No flimsy stuff.
My brisket was tender and delicious. The grilled onions were a superb
compliment to the brisket. Will definitely be going back soon.
Offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. located in South Austin offers.
Marietta Diner is a 24 Hours open Diner to serve breakfast lunch and diner.
Marla’s Caribbean allows you to experience Jamaican/Caribbean food, and the
feeling that you’re on a tropical island, all within their hole-in-a-wall joint
located in the freezing temps of Minnesota.
We stopped in last Christmas Eve for a drink and Fred was our waiter. We loved
that guy so much we talked about him to all of our friends and family. We were
taking a friend from out of town by to see Graceland the other night, and
decided to stop in again - only this time we planned to eat. We were amazed at
how good the food was!
I’ve been here several times. The only down side to it now for me is that it
takes a good 45 minutes to get there since I live north of Nashville and they
are in Nolensville.
Food and Wine. Breakfast and brunch dishes made with local and organic
ingredients.
For great home cooking come to Matthews where it’s all about the food.
I’m a huge fan of DDD, so when we booked our summer vaca for WW I told my hubby
this was one place I def wanted to try.
It was so nice to return for a delicious visit to Meal Ticket three years
later. I once again had a pancake that was insanely good, berries once more I
believe. Easily the best pancake I’ve had.. how the heck do they make these?
Downtown for a meeting with The Clayman and Twisted_Majic recently, we
abruptly changed venues and darted into Meat & Bread. I had heard vague rumours
over high value, great taste, etc. You know, the usual stuff social media and
hipsters were created to spout.
As far as I’m concerned, the vegetarian/vegan options are as good as you’ll get
at any restaurant. Sure, there is more to the Memphis Taproom than a smoked
coconut tofu club sandwich, but if that’s what you’re in the market for, you’ll
be satisfied.
Gata love the Merritt Canteen, this place has a lot of history, started and
stayed in Bridgeport, CT there’s a reason the lines are long…the food is
good. They have all the good ol fashion stuff, hot dogs
hamburgers/cheeseburgers great fries, oh yea PEPSI :D haha, and some other
stuff like fish and chicken but I’ve only ever craved their cheesburgers and
hot dogs and fries, this place is about speed also the way their cashiers take
orders and the whole system tome is really…
In the mood for the Challah bread french toast and did not disappoint. You get
two thick slices of heavy/thick bread, and I opted for the juicy sausage (extra
cost). What a great meal for brunch. Good coffee also.
