I’ve been wanting to stop into Patrick’s for almost 10 years now. I’m glad I
finally did.
I had the avocado burger which was really good. Cooked perfectly. The decor is
awesome. A great eclectic feel and I had good service.
The menu covers breakfast and lunch with some blurring in the middle. Lots of
omelets, hamburgers, pancakes and waffles.
Heat attack on a plate? Yes please…. All I have to say that the burgers are
pretty outstanding. I came here with a group of co-workers for dinner and was
not disappointed. Between us we had the Caw Caw, Wadmalaw and Beaufort
burgers. We all got them with the pretzel buns.
Primarily known for their excellent hand-pulled noodles, beef rolls and soups.
I’ve had the brisket solo, and the ribs solo…so I can really taste it. After
tasting the meats on their own…all I can say is YES YES YES! Damn near
orgasmic experience on that fatty brisket. The ribs aren’t short stopping
either.
This is a good old fashioned hamburger joint with a jukebox in the back. I
don’t know the name of what I got, but it had a fried egg on it & that always
gets my vote.
I seldom give five stars, let alone to a Mexican restaurant, but I honestly
cannot find fault with our dining experience. We arrived on Friday night and
were seated immediately. We did not even know that they have happy hour before
7pm and the margaritas are only $3! I got a frozen and the wife got on the
rocks and they were excellent, so much so we got a second each!
Everything here is good and there is so much of it so I’m not going to go in
depth talking about all the different stuff. Just find something that sounds
good or interesting, and it won’t disappoint. Except the sweet tea, it always
tastes funny. Get a coke in a glass bottle, way more fun.
Pete’s was definitely worth the drive from OC to Ventura. As soon as I chewed
on that marvelous hash, my blood pressure normalized after being raised from
LA’s traffic.
I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this place yet, it’s probably the restaurant
I have eaten most at in Spokane and what no review.
What a great place to make a pitstop on the way to Fisherman’s Wharf or the
Ferry Building! I can’t believe I’ve always walked past this place every time
I’ve been in the bay area and never gave it a chance.
Pine State Biscuits launched their kitchen at the bustling Portland Farmers
Market in spring of 2006.
The restaurant is a bit more upscale than a regular pizzeria. There are even
servers if you don’t want to go the take out route. Nice dining room.
Stopped in primarily due to seeing the place on DDD years ago. I wasn’t
disappointed. We ordered a pizza with onions and green peppers, and an order
of the spaghetti and meat sauce.
We are a family owned business that believes in serving the freshest and
highest quality food.
In 1929, Marlene Dietrich starred in a wonderful German film titled “The Blue
Angel,” as a provocateur named “Lola.”
The slices could be crispier, which happens when I reheat the leftovers and
it’s not THE best pizza I have ever had (it’s definitely in the top 5 though).
My husband and I were traveling all over OR and were excited to try all the
food we hear Portland is famous for. It’s too bad we went to this place first.
The food was SOOOOO good that we ate WAY more than we should have and then
couldn’t eat for the rest of the day!
I like the “casual” (rickety back porch) decor, attentive staff, clever drinks
and dishes that range from the fragrant to the pungent.
The staff was all VERY friendly, they even put a pin on a map they have for all
the visitors form out of town for my relatives. The place is kinda small so not
ideal for groups of more then probably 5 or 6.
